Is there a minimum fee?
Only for small schools: a minimum of ₹9,999 a year covers setup, training, support and hosting. It applies below about 139 students on Essential, 84 on Plus or 56 on Premium. Above that, you simply pay per student.
Is GST included?
No. Prices exclude 18% GST. Billing is yearly at the start of the session; monthly billing is available at 20% more.
What happens to our data if we stop?
Your data stays yours. You can export to Excel any time, and we hand it over and delete it on exit.
How long does setup take?
Send your student list and logo, and the school is usually live in about a week.
Can we keep our existing ERP?
Yes. Ujvalo imports from Excel or CSV today, and automatic ERP sync is rolling out on Premium during 2026–27.
